Port St. Charles is a private residential marina
located a few minutes north of Speightstown
in the parish of St. Peter
on the west coast of Barbados.
The community is made up of private villas and condominiums built around a lagoon with immediate access to the sea and adjacent beaches. Each of the 156 homes has its own dock with individual access to fresh water and electricity. There are also two lighted tennis courts, a small gym, hair salon and a swimming pool and bar at the Sunset Isle. During the day a water taxi operates within the marina.
Access to the site is via monitored gates with security personnel on duty throughout the day and night. Designated on-site parking provides ready access to individual units. Attractive tropical gardens are a special feature of all areas. The upkeep of the property is the responsibility of our own teams of gardeners, painters and maintenance personnel.
Port St. Charles is an official port to Barbados with Immigration, Customs and Coast Guard offices located on the PSC breakwater which also features six mega-yacht berths, a helipad and yacht club with its own restaurant and bar.
The residential area, the marina, gym, tennis courts and Sunset Isle are restricted to use by homeowners, guests and renters only.
The common property is overseen by The Board of Directors of Common Services.
