THE PSC HOMEOWNERS
The owners at PSC come from various backgrounds and countries.
We have owners from Barbados, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, United States, Switzerland, France, Italy and others.
THE ROLE OF THE DIRECTORS
The Board is charged with managing the common property, as defined in each of the shareholder’s Offer Document. This mandate includes responsibility for security, finances and maintenance of the property, including the marina, gardens, roadways, the Sunset Isle, the tennis courts, the water taxi and issues relating to Health & Safety. In addition, at the request of the shareholders, the Board represents them in periodic negotiations with the Development Company on issues or matters relating to owning property at Port St. Charles. The Board is also involved in organizing social events on behalf of the community.
MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The elected Board is made up of ten members, each on three-year rotating terms. All shareholders in good standing are eligible to vote in the election at each year’s Annual General Meeting, either at the AGM itself or by proxy ballot. The Board elects its chairman each year at the first meeting after the AGM.
On completion of their first three-year term, members are eligible to be candidates for a second such term, after which they must normally step down for at least a year before seeking to run again.

THE COMMON SERVICES STAFF
The Common Services staff is charged with managing the common property.
Alan Birkett as Interim CEO is responsible to the Board, and it is his responsibility to ensure that the property is kept in pristine condition. His mandate includes responsibility for security, maintenance of the property, including the marina, gardens, roadways, the Sunset Isle, the gym, the tennis courts, the water taxi and issues relating to Health & Safety. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring that expenses are in line with the approved Budget.
Andrea Jackman as general manager oversees the daily operations of the common services areas, ensuring that all services and amenities meet the highest standards of quality to the residents’ satisfaction. This hands-on role involves managing administrative, security, maintenance, and landscaping teams ensuring seamless and efficient operation for common services.
Ursula Olafisoye is The Controller, she plays a key role in overseeing the financial operations, including the Treasury function and insurance coverage; as well as monitoring and supporting compliance with GOB regulations and laws. She maintains accurate and timely financial records, analyzing financial data, overseeing and monitoring investments and provides strategic guidance to the senior management and the Board.
Latoya Harewood is our office administrator and is responsible for administrative tasks including payroll and also coordinating and managing housekeeping of the common property.
